MEGAN WORMELL
font enthusiast | adventure seeker | ice cream expert

As far back as I can remember, I've always thrived with creativity. When I was a child, I dabbled in homemade music videos, dance routines, abstract photography, and book illustrations - to name a few.  By high school, I had found my forever creative home in graphic design.
My graphic design experience started ten years ago while enrolled in the Design & Visual Communications program at my vocational high school and from there I have created many logos, invitations, book layouts, and even had my hand in a rebranding proposal for the Fitchburg Art Museum in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. I graduated from Fitchburg State University in 2017 with my Bachelor of Science in Communications Media, Graphic Design, and have been excelling in keeping my portfolio updated with both freelance designs and designs from my current job as a graphic designer.
Throughout my journey as a graphic designer, I have discovered branding to be my forte. The most rewarding feeling is being able to take someone's thoughts and ideas and produce a physical design, putting their words into a beautiful design that goes forth to represent their business.  I love collecting business cards - being able to see how others choose to represent themselves through logo and design is always so inspiring and encouraging.
My free time is spent seeking out places to hang my Eno, petting all dogs, ordering vanilla soft-serve ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, discovering new music, falling in love with fonts, scooping up more business cards, and watching FRIENDS on a loop. While these are all enjoyable pastimes, I would love to incorporate designing the flyer for your next event, the logo for your startup company, your business card, or the invitation to your next party to the list.
